The location was really convenient. All attractions were within walking distance, so public transport wasn't needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was also delicious, a great way to start the day..
The online check-in felt a little impersonal. I prefer a traditional welcome. Gaining access to the hotel felt complicated. I encountered multiple doors and codes during the process. I also found parking quite challenging. The spaces were tight.

The location was close to attractions. The breakfast selection was good with fresh pastries. The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for extra towels. I appreciated the garden area. It gave the place a tranquil feel.
The check-in process was somewhat confusing. I was asked to complete online registration and send photos before arrival. The room decor felt a bit dated. It could use some updates. The ac was noisy, even on the lowest setting.

I found the breakfast spread quite charming. The selection of pastries and charcuterie was good. communication was very efficient, with quick responses! i also appreciated how quiet my gorgeous room was, even being close to the breakfast area.
the parking garage was a bit complicated, with tight spaces, it presented a small challenge, especially with a larger vehicle.

the superior double room was good the ceilings featured exquisite paintings i appreciated the attention to detail breakfast included pastries and various charcuterie items i also spent time by the pool it proved a lovely way to unwind after exploring
the air conditioning did take a moment to reach its optimal coolness i mentioned this concern at the front desk and staff addressed it promptly

The location was great. It allowed for quick walks to the city center. our beautiful suite was the right size and clean. the staff was great (especially alice). the air conditioning worked well, keeping the rooms cool during the summer, meaning i slept most nights without it.
i found few electrical outlets inside the rooms, somewhat inconvenient.
